They are looking to add a Quality Engineer to their team on a permanent basis. This would be a great fit for a meticulous individual who enjoys variety in their day to day. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION To support the Quality Manager in pursuing business objectives. To maintain and support all regulatory and third-party approvals. To assist with the identification, development and implementation of product and process improvements. To ensure continuity of production of quality parts ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. To ensure that quality, cost and delivery are continually improved. To ensure that all work meets customer expectations on delivery and quality, both internal and external. To be flexible, adaptable and move between work areas. Carry out any other reasonable request by Senior Management Team. Role Description: Maintain the calibration system. Update the calibration database to ensure all gauges are calibrated prior to use and fully traceable to a national standard. Train internal calibration staff. Manage external calibration houses and review all calibration certificates. Lead Internal audit program.
