This individual will be responsible for ensuring adherence to AS9100 and ISO9001 standards throughout the manufacturing processes. As a Quality Engineer you can benefit from:£45,000 - £55,000 pa25 days holiday bank holidaysEnhanced pensionPrivate health care (dental and optical)Employee Assistance programmeAdditional perks The role of a Quality Engineer will include:Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company''s AS9100 and ISO9001 compliant QMS as a member of the Quality function.Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and revise operational and quality procedures.Implement statistical process control techniques to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.Support continuous improvement efforts, addressing non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.Provide training to employees on quality management principles and practices.Participate in management reviews to evaluate the overall performance of the QMS and provide recommendations for enhancement.
