Brief Description of Job DutiesGenerating, controlling, monitoring, reporting, and reviewing quality data to identify and communicate trends.Head RCA teams in the identification and resolution of quality issues and concerns raised, using Quality tools such as 5 whys, 8D and corrective action tracking tools.Maintain communication of internal and external rejects to stakeholdersImplementing process controls.Recording and control of internal and external rejects and their disposition.Conducting scrap and customer return reviews.Generation of quality ..... full job details .....
