Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Technical Ceramics business in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in driving quality performance and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Investigate customer complaints, process failures and internal non-conformances Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Analyse quality data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Support quality procedures, inspection standards and control plans Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve processes and product quality Support internal and external audits and quality management system compliance Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders on quality-related matters Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the site About You Experience in a Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar technical quality role within manufacturing Strong understanding of quality management systems and audit requirements Experience with root ..... full job details .....
