This role is situated within the Customer Support and Service Solutions (CS3) Division, encompassing fast jet and various other in-service platforms. This opportunity is fully onsite in Luton and is ideal for individuals adept at providing Quality Assurance and collaborating with Integrated Project Teams. Key Responsibilities:Support the Principal Quality Engineer and Quality Manager in achieving objectives that align with or exceed established targetsServe as the Quality focal point for in-service and returns material activitiesInvestigate and resolve non-conformances, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actionsReview and approve quality documentation pertaining to returns, concessions, and repair activitiesEnsure effective traceability and configuration control of returned and unserviceable itemsInterface with internal stakeholders like Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations, as well as external suppliersEnsure compliance with AS9100, the Leonardo Quality Management System, and customer contractual requirementsContribute to continuous improvement activities across in-service quality processesDeliver compliant products in a timely manner, adhering to all cost and safety ..... full job details .....
