Support manufacturing through data collection and analysis, ensuring product and process quality. Resolve technical and business process issues using methodologies such as 8D and Six Sigma. Implement and improve Quality Management Systems for new and existing products and processes. Participate in internal quality audits and complete part approval documentation. Analyse organisational quality metrics and recommend action plans to address gaps. Develop and improve inspection and test plans, standards, and procedures/work instructions.
