      <description>Location: Aldermaston | Salary: &amp;pound;48 - &amp;pound;50/hour | Type: Contract | Our client, a leading entity in the nuclear sector, is currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.    Key Responsibilities:    Conducting inspections in line with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and approved procedures  Witnessing and verifying mechanical installation and testing activities  Reviewing quality documentation and supporting handover/lifetime records where applicable  Identifying non-conformances and supporting close-out actions with delivery teams  Ensuring works comply with relevant standards, drawings, and specifications    Job Requirements:    Prior experience in AWE, nuclear, or highly regulated site environments (preferred)  Strong background in mechanical inspection covering installation, fabrication, pipework, and assembly  Confident in working with ITPs and technical documentation  SC Clearance  Ability to work on-site and communicate effectively with contractors and client teams    Contract Details:    6-month contract  Inside IR35  On-site at AWE  50 P/H Inside IR35 + Expenses     If you are an experienced Quality Engineer with the requisite skills and experience, we would like to hear from you.
