Quality Engineer

Our client, a leading entity in the nuclear sector, is currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.

• Conducting inspections in line with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and approved procedures
• Witnessing and verifying mechanical installation and testing activities
• Reviewing quality documentation and supporting handover/lifetime records where applicable
• Identifying non-conformances and supporting close-out actions with delivery teams
• Ensuring works comply with relevant standards, drawings, and specifications

• Prior experience in AWE, nuclear, or highly regulated site environments (preferred)
• Strong background in mechanical inspection covering installation, fabrication, pipework, and assembly
• Confident in working with ITPs and technical documentation
• SC Clearance
• Ability to work on-site and communicate effectively with contractors and client teams

• 6-month contract
• Inside IR35
• On-site at AWE
• 50 P/H Inside IR35 + Expenses
