Quality EngineerAbout the RoleLuxinar is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support and continuously improve our Quality Management System, customer quality performance, and supplier quality processes.This is a hands-on role suited to an individual with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys collaborating across engineering, production, purchasing, and customer-facing teams to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the business.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer concerns, developing supplier performance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer QualityAct as the primary quality contact for customer complaints and quality concernsLead investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies including 8D, 5 Why and Root Cause AnalysisManage corrective and preventive actions through to successful completionSupport customer audits and quality enquiriesAnalyse quality trends and KPI data to identify improvement opportunitiesSupplier QualityManage supplier approval and performance monitoring activitiesConduct supplier audits and supplier development reviewsWork closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and reduce non-conformancesManage supplier corrective actions and ensure effective implementationMaintain approved supplier records and associated quality documentationQuality Management SystemsMaintain and improve the ISO ..... full job details .....
