Quality Engineer

JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting precision engineering company to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer to strengthen their established Quality team. This is a high-priority position and requires someone confident, experienced and capable of leading quality activities not a junior-level appointment. The business operates within a highly regulated engineering environment and requires someone fully competent with FAIRs, ISIRs and structured problem-solving methodologies including 8D The Successful Quality Engineer Package: £35,000 £40,000 per annum 39 hours per week Monday Thursday: 08:00am 17:00pm and Friday: 08:00am 13:00pm Permanent position Early finish every Friday Stable engineering environment High level of responsibility and autonomy The Successful Quality Engineer Requirements: Proven experience in a Quality Engineer position (essential) Strong experience creating FAIR / ISIR documentation Confident leading 8D investigations and root cause analysis Experience supporting and conducting internal and supplier audits Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9001 standards Ability to create and maintain quality processes and procedures Experience supporting third-party and customer audits Strong drawing interpretation skills Confident liaising with customers and suppliers regarding complaints and non-conformances Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capability Apply now!
