What You Will Do: - Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System to comply with AS9100 standards.- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.- Monitor production quality on the shop floor, resolving issues in real time and driving corrective actions.- Manage calibration systems and external service providers, keeping all equipment compliant and records up to date.- Support laboratory testing and process validation activities to maintain consistent product quality.- Contribute to ISO14001 environmental compliance, including effluent treatment monitoring and data collection projects.
