This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Quality team, supporting production and ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. What''s on Offer: Salary 45,000 - 48,000 (depending on experience) Permanent, full-time position Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Every other Friday off Excellent long-term career prospects The Role: Support the QHSE Compliance Manager in maintaining IATF16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. Investigate quality concerns and complete customer reports using 8D methodology. Provide hands-on quality support to production teams. Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions. Maintain quality documentation and inspection records. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes. About You: Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Quality role. Background within Automotive, Aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans and 8D.
