Audit and improve manufacturing processes and quality controls. Lead root cause investigations using 5 Whys and 8D methodologies. Reduce quality and production risks through FMEA and Control Plans. Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve performance. Manage customer quality issues, CAPA activities, and support NPI/APQP projects. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 2-3+ years'' experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, CI, and Kaizen.
