A great opportunity has just become available with a forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Taunton, they specialise in producing high-quality engineered products for customers across the UK and internationally across various sectors. They have enjoyed recent investment in the company and facilities, meaning they are now looking to grow the team with the addition of another Quality Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Quality Management System
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Investigate internal, supplier, and customer quality issues
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities from a quality perspective
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits
• Drive continuous improvement and support lean manufacturing initiatives

About You

• Proven experience in a Quality Engineer position.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies.
• Confident investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience working with technical drawings and specifications.
