The position will involve the QMS Managment , CMM Operation and some inspection of precision machined components, ensuring parts meet the required dimensional and quality standards before release. The Role QMS Management Carry out dimensional and visual inspection Work from engineering drawings and specifications Use micrometers, verniers and other precision measuring equipment Operate CMM and automated inspection equipment Record inspection results and identify non-conforming components Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards The company currently uses Ferranti and Keyence inspection equipment, so previous experience with either would be advantageous. What We''re Looking For You should have previous experience within Quality and preferrably within a precision engineering, CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
