Quality Engineer

Working within a busy manufacturing environment, this position is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet customer, regulatory and company quality requirements. The role will support continuous improvement, root cause investigations and quality system compliance.Duties:Manage internal non-conformance''s, customer complaints and supplier quality issuesConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsDevelop and maintain quality, inspection and control plansReview engineering drawings, specifications and manufacturing processesMonitor quality data, SPC and process capabilitySupport internal, customer and third-party auditsAssist with process validation and continuous improvement activitiesWork closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and customersAll other relevant Quality Engineering dutiesBenefits:Competitive salary, dependent on experience25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionTraining and development opportunitiesExperience required:Previous Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience within aerospace, defence or another highly regulated industryKnowledge of AS9100, AS9102 and ISO 9001Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actionsAbility to read engineering drawings and understand GDandTStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and communication skillsPC literate with Microsoft Office skillsLean/Six Sigma and Internal Auditor experience desirablePlease bear in ..... full job details .....
