Quality Engineer

Key duties and responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).- Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, inspection plans, and control plans for both new and existing products.- Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and DMAIC, and implement corrective and preventive actions.- Lead investigations into internal non-conformance''s customer complaints, and supplier quality issues.- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and achievable.- Participate in design reviews, process validation, and production readiness activities.- Monitor key quality metrics and analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.- Perform process capability studies and statistical analysis using Statistical Process Control techniques.- Support internal, customer, and third-party audits and assist in maintaining audit readiness.- Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and support supplier ..... full job details .....
