Quality Engineer

This role supports quality assurance across engineering projects, ensuring suppliers, processes and deliverables meet strict industry and regulatory standards. It is ideal for someone confident with inspections, documentation and regulatory standards, who values safety, accuracy and continuous improvement in highly regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain quality plans, inspection processes and compliance documentation.Support supplier qualification, audits and ongoing quality performance monitoring.Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and root-cause investigations.Conduct inspections, testing verification and documentation reviews.Compile LTQRs (Life-time Quality Records) and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans)Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure regulatory and contractual quality standards are achieved.Requirements:Proven experience in Quality Engineer position or similar QA/QC.CSWIP 3.1 or PCN Level 2 desirableStrong knowledge of Welding and FabricationExperience in the Nuclear industry desirable but not essential Salary: 45k - 50k ..... full job details .....
