Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product and process quality across the business. You will lead investigations, drive improvements, and act as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns.You will work closely with internal departments, global sites, suppliers, and customers to deliver high standards of performance and continuous improvement.Key duties and responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for customer quality concernsManage customer portals and monitor quality performance metricsLead structured problem-solving activities (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)Drive internal process improvements with production and engineering teamsManage incoming inspection processes and personnelIssue and review supplier 8D reports, working closely with purchasingConduct internal audits (QMS and EMS) and manage audit schedulesSupport customer visits and auditsManage PPAP submissions and approvalsMaintain environmental ..... full job details .....
