Quality Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting an established and highly regarded engineering and manufacturing business in the appointment of a Quality Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality professional looking for a hands-on role within a technically focused manufacturing environment, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with production and engineering teams and make a tangible impact on quality performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards, investigating issues and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Working closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Investigating non-conformances and identifying root causes. Implementing corrective and preventative actions. Producing and analysing quality data and identifying trends. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. Supporting customer and supplier quality activities where required. Assisting with the development and improvement of quality procedures and processes. Providing practical quality support and guidance to production teams. Ensuring appropriate records and documentation are maintained. Supporting the business with customer complaints, investigations and corrective actions.
