This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, identifying problems before they become issues and driving improvements through to completion. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Commercial teams, you will play a key role in strengthening quality standards and preventing recurring issues. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day quality activity across the manufacturing operation. Identify, contain and resolve quality issues, non-conformances and customer complaints. Lead 8D, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA activity through to verified closure. Monitor and improve Right First Time (RFT) performance.
