Quality Engineer

Our client, a global organisation based in Cambridge, iscurrently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join the team on afull time, permanent basis. Working closely with the Quality Team to ensure the continuationof improvements and high standards against internally built andmanufactured products, while progressing the creation andrefinement of standards and required documentation. Key duties will include but are not limited to: Take ownership of ISO9001 and ISO27007 internal audits. Review internal activity on current projects to presentfindings, suggested improvements and an actionable plan acrossthe business. Ensure agreed 5S standards are achieved. Support colleagues and provide training as and when required. Manage quality systems such as but not limited to; PCR, SwBRT,Mod levels, SWS, Waste Management Processes and more. Review internal products to ensure the required level ofspecification is achieved against FAI. Ensure internal regulations, policies, Health and Safetyprocedures and Environmental compliances are met. The successful candidate will have: Certificated with Internal Auditor ISO9001 and ISO27001. Experience and understanding of RoHS, SCIP, REACH legislativestandards. Excellent communicational and organisational skills. Experience working within a Quality Engineer environment. Excellent Microsoft Excel and MES systems skills. Proven experience delivering RCCA and use of 8D methodology.
