Consortium Professional Recruitment are partnering with an established manufacturer to recruit a Quality Engineer for their team in Hessle. This is a hands-on quality engineering role within a regulated manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to get close to operations, tackle real production challenges and influence how quality and process performance are improved. You''ll work across Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing, investigating issues, supporting process and product changes, and using data and practical problem-solving techniques to deliver sustainable improvements. The Role As Quality Engineer, you''ll be responsible for: Providing day-to-day quality engineering support across manufacturing operations, helping teams identify and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively. Leading investigations into quality and manufacturing issues, identifying root causes and putting effective solutions in place. Driving corrective and preventive actions through to sustainable resolution. Supporting change, risk assessment and validation activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. Using data and appropriate quality tools to understand issues, identify trends and support decision making.
