Full-time permanent opportunity - 37.5 hours per weekMonday to Thursday 35,000 to 38,000 per annum (DOE)Working as a Quality Engineer your role will be to verify and validate that all product specifications have been met during the product realisation process, as well as:Data Analysis and ReportingAssist in the implementation of various improvement activitiesISO9001 / ISO13485 / ISO45001 / ISO14001 - Carry out internal process and system audits with action follow-up and progression to closureIdentification, investigation and disposition of non-conforming material through the Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) processAbility to carry out Root Cause Analysis, identify corrective and preventative measures and monitor effectivenessMonitor Supplier performance in relation to non-conforming product with regular internal / external communications, reviews and follow-upParticipate in supplier QBRs (or similar) with the production of supporting Quality data to aid the monitoring and measurement of supply chainProcessing customer concerns through the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR / 8D) process to completionPerform Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) as requiredSupport on-site QHSE and IPC610 training activitiesTo be successful in this role you will have a HNC or equivalent in an engineering/quality related ..... full job details .....
