Quality EngineerLocation: Rochdale Salary: £43,000 - £47,000 per annum (depending on experience)Permanent Our client, a successful multi-site manufacturing business, is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer to join their Quality Assurance team in Rochdale.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive quality professional with experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing to support customer quality, drive continuous improvement and play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI).Quality Engineer Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and improve product and process quality across manufacturing operations.Lead customer quality investigations, implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.Support New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring quality requirements are achieved throughout product launch.Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customers and Suppliers to drive quality improvements.Analyse quality data and customer scorecards, identifying trends and reporting KPIs.Conduct internal and external quality audits in line with ISO standards.Support supplier quality activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company quality standards.About You - The Quality EngineerYou will have previous experience in a Quality Engineer role within automotive or high-volume manufacturing and be confident working with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.Quality Engineer ..... full job details .....
