This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive quality professional with experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing to support customer quality, drive continuous improvement and play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI). Key Responsibilities Support and improve product and process quality across manufacturing operations. Lead customer quality investigations, implementing effective corrective and preventative actions. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring quality requirements are achieved throughout product launch. Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customers and Suppliers to drive quality improvements. Analyse quality data and customer scorecards, identifying trends and reporting KPIs.
