This is a hands-on role focused on customer quality, technical problem solving and continuous improvement rather than inspection. Working closely with Operations, Technical and the Quality Manager, you''ll lead customer quality investigations, identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions to improve quality and manufacturing performance. Quality Engineer responsibilities include - Leading customer complaint investigations and producing robust customer-facing 8D reports. Conducting structured Root Cause Analysis and implementing and verifying corrective actions. Supporting PPAP and APQP activities while maintaining FMEAs and Control Plans.
