Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Engineer to join a successful business operating within a highly regulated industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with a strong mechanical background who enjoys getting to the root of problems, working closely with engineering and production teams, and driving meaningful improvements across products and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring products consistently meet demanding quality standards, supporting investigations into non-conformances and helping to maintain a robust culture of quality and continuous improvement. As Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Managing and supporting non-conformance investigations, gathering relevant information such as inspection reports, test results, customer complaints and assembly records. Analysing quality data to identify trends, recurring issues and potential systemic problems. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Operations teams to investigate and resolve product quality issues. Conducting thorough root cause analysis and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventative actions. Carrying out inspections and testing of mechanical components and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
