      <description>Location: Ramsgate | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | AEM Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Ramsgate facility. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to aerospace industry standards.  This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with experience in a regulated engineering or aerospace environment who enjoys problem solving, auditing, and improving processes.  Key Responsibilities: Quality Management and Compliance  Support the maintenance of company approvals Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements. Support and host customer, regulatory, and third-party audits. Conduct internal and supplier audits in line with the audit schedule. Maintain the calibration system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain the authorisation control system, including personnel stamps and approvals.
