The Quality Engineer will play a key role in driving root cause analysis, improving process effectiveness, and ensuring product conformity using quality tools and methodologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete 8Ds, NPRs, and CRMAs on time. Review and process NCRs from supplier, customer, and internal sources. Define containment, disposition, and risk for non-conforming products. Raise and manage CRMAs/SRMAs to closure; validate corrective actions.
