We are supporting a leading life sciences and pharmaceutical manufacturing business in the search for a Site Quality Director.Operating within a highly regulated GMP environment, this role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the quality function at site level, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the site Quality function (QA, QC, QPs)Define and deliver a robust quality strategy aligned to business goalsEnsure compliance with UK, EU and FDA cGMP requirementsAct as the lead for regulatory inspections and external auditsDrive continuous improvement across quality systems and KPIsLead quality risk management and governance activitiesCollaborate across manufacturing, supply chain and technical teamsCoach and develop high-performing quality leaders and teamsAbout youSenior leadership experience within pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturingStrong expertise in GMP (UK, EU, FDA) environmentsProven track record managing regulatory inspections and auditsExperience across QA, QC and quality systems leadershipStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsDegree in scientific discipline (or equivalent) essentialQP status desirableRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all ..... full job details .....
