This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role, driving quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-site operation.Your New RoleReporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in analysing quality performance, maintaining quality systems, driving process improvements, and leading a team to ensure the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:Analysing quality data, customer complaints, returns and non-conformances to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Producing weekly and monthly quality reports, KPI dashboards and performance updates.Monitoring quality metrics and driving corrective actions where required.Supporting ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement activities across the business.Providing technical quality support and guidance to operational teams.Leading and developing a quality-focused culture centred around right-first-time performance.Supporting the implementation of quality system improvements, policy updates and customer requirements.Assisting with internal audits, re-audits and external audit preparation.Managing, mentoring and developing team members to achieve departmental ..... full job details .....
