About the Role
This role is based in Kettering and offers a full-time, permanent contract with a salary between £24,500 and £25,750 per annum. As a Quality Coordinator, the post holder will support the Quality Services department, which provides audit and calibration services to a global customer base within the consumer goods sector. Key responsibilities include assisting with the laboratory accreditation programme, which helps manufacturers achieve robust in-house product testing, and ensuring ongoing compliance through regular audits and on-site technical assessments. The role also involves supporting the verification of physical testing equipment used in commercial and production laboratories worldwide, with all work conducted in accordance with ISO standards.
Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a Quality Co-ordinator to join our Quality Services department within a well-established organisation operating in the testing and certification sector.
About the Department
The Quality Services department delivers audit and calibration services to a global customer base across the consumer goods industry.
The laboratory accreditation programme supports manufacturers in achieving robust in-house product testing, ensuring ongoing compliance through regular audits and on-site technical assessments.
Calibration services focus on the verification of physical testing equipment used in commercial and production laboratories worldwide, with all work carried out in line with ISO 17025:2017 quality standards and traceable to national measurement standards.
The team consists of multi-skilled technical professionals delivering both audit and calibration services internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and checking calibration certificates
- Reviewing audit reports across laboratory and materials testing
- Drafting accreditation documentation
- Updating calibration templates and procedures
- Managing correlation templates and associated programmes
- Coordinating equipment management and external calibration processes
- Issuing reports and certificates to customers
- Collaborating with international teams to ensure timely delivery of audit and calibration outputs
About You
Essential:
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and methodical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in technical documentation
Desirable:
- Experience working within an ISO 17025:2017 quality system
- Familiarity with technical or laboratory-based systems
