Quality Coordinator

Kyocera AVX Components in Coleraine specialises in the manufacture of ceramic capacitors for the automotive and space sectors. We have been operating in Northern Ireland for over 45 years, and our reputation is built on the quality of our product and service. We have a great team of people working in Coleraine and we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join us. The Role As Quality Coordinator, you will work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure that all products , shipments and associated services consistently meet the quality standards established by the Company, our customers and industry regulatory bodies e.g NASA, European Space Agency, IATF. You will help to drive a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and compliance and will be responsible for ensuring customer standards are communicated to production and that these standards are being adhered to. You will overview the product quality across key product lines and drive the visual quality standards which will involve product review and evaluation. This will involve working closely with production and engineering to generate improvements and assist in achieving Company targets. Key Responsibilities Responsible for implementation and maintenance of internal quality systems for key product lines.
