The Role As a Quality Controller, you''ll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers. Your responsibilities will include: Inspecting and measuring plastic moulded components. Using a range of measuring equipment including Vernier callipers, micrometers, shadowgraph projectors and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Producing quality documentation including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation. Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining quality standards throughout production. Working closely with the production team to resolve quality issues.
