You''ll become part of an experienced Quality team with exposure to product quality, ISO auditing and continuous improvement, while developing your skills and building a long-term career within quality.Your new roleAs Quality Controller, you will work closely with production and the wider Quality team to ensure products consistently meet required standards in line with the company''s Quality Management System.Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing and analysing daily quality and rescan dataCompleting Random Quality Checks (RQCs) and accurately recording resultsInvestigating failed quality checks alongside Section Leaders, Trainers and SupervisorsEscalating product or process quality concerns to the relevant teamsResponding to quality queries from production and providing clear feedbackCarrying out stock checks on potentially defective materialsManaging documentation and system segregation for NCR and purge materialReviewing internal and external quality trends and highlighting areas of concernSupporting continuous improvement activity and promoting a right-first-time approachAssisting with preparation for ISO audits, including document auditsCompleting Goods In quality checksCarrying out supplier pre-shipment checks, including spectrometer readingsCreating and maintaining supplier master ..... full job details .....
