What You''ll Be Doing

As a Quality Controller, you''ll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of food safety, legality, and customer specification.

Key duties include:

• Carrying out food safety, quality, due diligence, and legal compliance checks.
• Completing start-up, temperature, metal detection, X-ray, and label verification checks.
• Monitoring product weights, sizes, and specifications throughout production.
• Verifying recipe accuracy and ingredient measurements.
• Conducting temperature checks across production and storage areas.
• Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
• Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring GMP and hygiene standards are consistently achieved.
• Supporting customer audits, site visits, and traceability exercises.
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

What We''re Looking For

• Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
• Previous experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
