Your role is to work as part of a team of multi-skilled Inspectors in a diverse manufacturing environment covering Aerospace products, Investment Castings, Mechanical and Electrical components, and composites. What are the responsibilities of the Quality Controller? Mechanical / Electrical inspection of Aerospace product In Process Inspection First Article Inspection Work on own initiatives and resolve any issues or problems in line with company procedures Investigate quality issues to resolution, in conjunction with all necessary internal or external bodies relating to product/process/system. These may be initiated by internal or external customers Maintenance of Quality Records and Metrics Support the shop floor with Technical issues if required Auditing of Approved Operators Support training of others in products and processes for your area Because of the changing nature of our business, your job description will inevitably change.
