What You''ll Be Doing:As a Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our clients products. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products Documenting inspection results accurately and promptly Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance Assist in the implementation of quality control processes Conduct weight checks for frozen products and verify breakages where required Monitor weight and size of products during production to ensure compliance with specification Conduct daily checks for accuracy Complete daily/weekly temperature checks for chillers, freezers, and canteen refrigerators Ensure that all products meet specified temperature requirements throughout production Carry out knife checks to ensure safety and compliance Generate and maintain reports, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues Verifying product label accuracy Conducting routine metal detection checks ..... full job details .....
