This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Technician to become part of our client''s thriving business and contribute to their ongoing success. What is the role? You will be responsible for daily inspection, testing and auditing activities of the manufacturing and assembly processes. Working alongside quality engineers, you will be directly responsible for the overall product quality of finished goods, ensuring all specification and testing requirements have been met and that all incoming materials are fit for purpose. The role will include, but not be limited to: Reviewing and understanding drawings and specifications relating to product requirements. Monitoring moulding and assembly operations to ensure they meet production standards through daily auditing. Identifying and escalating non-conformities when found. Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Measuring products to critical dimensions using callipers, gauges or micrometres. Operating electronic inspection/test equipment and software. Conducting ad hoc and routine testing in line with departmental requirements.
