Locations: Attleborough and Honingham - working between both sitesHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmWorking Pattern: Full-timeTransport:Must have your own transport due to working across two sites Reporting to the Quality Control and Compliance Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining the company''s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring products meet the required quality, safety and regulatory standards. Working alongside the Operations Quality Technician, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the quality systems and provide support across the wider quality function. Key Responsibilities Supplier approval and supplier record management Reviewing COAs and other supplier documentation Goods-in documentation Customer complaint logging and administration Non-conformance and CAPA administration Document and SOP control Maintaining training and calibration records Product specification updates Internal audit preparation and follow-up KPI data collection and reporting Supporting BRC, GMP, ISO, customer and supplier audits Investigating quality issues and customer complaints Supporting ..... full job details .....
