This is a hands-on role combining goods-in inspection, shop-floor quality checks, non-conformance control and continuous improvement.You''ll work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and production teams, helping ensure purchased components and manufactured products meet the required quality, safety and compliance standards.What you''ll be doingInspecting incoming components, materials and assemblies against engineering drawings, specifications and purchase ordersPrioritising inspections based on product risk, criticality and production requirementsCarrying out routine and ad hoc in-process inspections across the shop floorUsing verniers, multimeters and other inspection equipmentIdentifying, isolating and controlling non-conforming productsRaising clear and factual non-conformance reportsSupporting root-cause investigations, corrective actions and issue closureMaintaining accurate and traceable inspection recordsProviding quality data for audits, reports and KPIsSupporting internal and supplier audits when requiredIdentifying recurring defects, risks and quality trendsHelping reduce ..... full job details .....
