Quality Control Technician Location: Norfolk Dual Site (Attleborough and Wymondham) Hours: Monday to Friday, 09 00We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Technician to join an established manufacturer within the food supplement sector.Working alongside the Quality Control and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance across the business.Key Responsibilities Managing supplier approvals and quality documentationReviewing Certificates of Analysis (COAs)Managing complaints, non-conformances and CAPAMaintaining document, training and calibration recordsSupporting internal and external auditsUpdating SOPs and product specificationsCollecting and reporting quality KPIsInvestigating quality issues and supporting corrective actionsIdentifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvementsSupporting GMP, BRC, ISO and customer audit requirements About YouWe''re looking for an organised and detail-focused Quality professional with experience in quality control, quality assurance or quality systems.Experience with QMS, CAPA, audits, document control and quality compliance is essential.This is ideal for someone that has been working in a laboratory environment, or perhaps has studied within one.
