Quality Control Team Leader - Based Poole IMMEDIATE START! Basic salary £43,000 up to £46,000 depending on experience plus 33 days holidays, option to buy 5 extra days, 1pm finish Friday, matched contributory pension, additional benefits, and career development. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Quality Control Team Leader to lead the Quality Control Inspection department and can demonstrate experience in a team leadership role within a manufacturing organisation. Quality Control Team Leader, you will work closely with operations to ensure parts and products are inspected effectively, customer delivery needs are supported, and required quality standards are maintained. Quality Control Team Leader, this role includes helping to implement and maintain in-process quality control methods, such as Process Capability studies, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC). You will also support continuous improvement across QC, helping to keep inspection processes lean, effective, and aligned with company quality standards. Candidate Skills The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Substantial mechanical inspection experience, or completion of a relevant apprenticeship. Proven experience using hand tools and CMM measurement techniques. Effective time management and delivery of agreed outputs. Capability to train and support QC inspectors.
