Quality Control Specialist

An exciting opportunity to join the Quality Control team of a prestigious high jewellery house, working at the heart of Product Operations to ensure that every piece meets the exceptional standards of quality and craftsmanship expected of the Maison. The Quality Control Specialist will play a key role in the daily assessment and control of jewellery pieces across different stages of their journey, from workshop deliveries and new production to repairs and customer returns. Combining strong jewellery knowledge, technical expertise and an exceptional eye for detail, the successful candidate will be responsible not only for identifying quality issues, but also for understanding their root causes and working collaboratively with internal teams and workshops to drive continuous improvement. The role also has an important analytical dimension. By monitoring quality data, identifying recurring trends and providing clear and actionable feedback, the Quality Control Specialist will contribute to improving product quality, processes and ways of working as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on and fast-paced role, ideally suited to someone who is passionate about jewellery and craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in maintaining the highest possible standards.
