As the Quality Control Operative your duties will include: Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Identifying product defects and determining potential root causes. Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation. Working closely with production teams to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards. Supporting continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing process. Ensuring all quality procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. An ideal candidate for the Quality Control Operative role will have: Strong attention to detail. A good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
