This is a key role within our manufacturing operations, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct end-of-line quality checks in line with QC Standard Operating Procedures Identify, document, and report quality issues throughout the manufacturing process Support production teams in recognising defects and implementing corrective actions Work collaboratively to reduce remakes across all factories Communicate effectively with the Quality Manager, Production Managers, and Supervisors Ensure all quality control tasks are completed daily and any issues are cleared promptly Provide daily reports outlining quality concerns and trends Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints Carry out manual handling duties, including occasional heavy lifting of window and door components Essential Criteria...
