Your new company A well established fabrication and engineering facility with over 40 years of expertise in laser cutting, welding, and heavy fabrication. It operates from a modern large manufacturing space and employs around 110 skilled team members, known for delivering high quality, precision engineered components. The RoleAs a Quality Controller, you will play a key role in inspecting chassis, fabricated parts, and associated equipment. You''ll support quality checks, audits, and process improvements while ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards.39 Hour Week. Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:45pm, Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm What You''ll DoAddress and raise quality concerns on a daily basisCarry out PDI inspections using 3D model software and complete associated reportsPerform paint checks on chassis, horns, and power unitsInspect internally fabricated parts and subassemblies before main buildComplete PDI reports, participate in morning meetings, and maintain documentationSupport the resolution of customer non-conformances (FRACAS)Maintain quality gates within designated areasEscalate non-conformances using the internal red tag processContribute to quality investigations where requiredConduct internal audits (5S, LSOP, etc.)Work collaboratively to support continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with all Health and Safety regulationsWhat You''ll BringExperience in a Quality or Inspection roleExperience working within a Quality Management ..... full job details .....
