Quality Control Inspector

Elevation Recruitment Group''s Skilled Shop Floor Division is currently recruiting for an Quality Control Inspector on behalf of an innovative and growing medical device manufacturer based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Inspector / Quality Technician to join a highly regulated manufacturing environment, supporting the production and inspection of life-changing medical devices. Working across both office and cleanroom environments, you will play a key role within the Quality department, carrying out inspections, functional testing, documentation reviews and final product release activities to ensure products meet the required quality and regulatory standards. The Role As an Inspector, Quality Control, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out routine functional testing, measurements, verification, visual and final inspections of products. Supporting final product release and receiving inspection activities. Conducting microbiological monitoring when required. Carrying out preventative maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment. Auditing manufacturing paperwork and documentation, including Device History Records (DHRs) and production logs. Supporting Engineering teams by gathering data relating to product functionality. Inspecting final packaging and labels to ensure they meet relevant standards and work instructions.
