Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their quality assurance, quality control, and inspection requirements. Review and approve supplier quality arrangements to meet project specifications, including customer approval of manufacturing documents such as Quality Control Plans (QCPs), weld schedules, and NDT procedures. Participate in supply chain kick-off meetings to ensure all parties understand the quality requirements. Assign and manage inspection tasks for Inspectors. Coordinate and perform inspection activities, collaborating with Customer Inspection personnel as necessary. Conduct risk assessments before inspections. Inspect equipment to verify compliance with quality standards. Witness tasks such as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and functional testing.
